Attorneys Greg Clark and Mary Margaret Williams attended the 26th Annual American Bar Association (ABA) Affordable Housing and Community Development Forum held in Washington, D.C. on May 24th-26th. Industry attorneys from across the U.S. attended the annual forum which provides a venue for the discussion of the latest developments in affordable housing and community development law, including the opportunity to meet with representatives from the IRS and HUD. Greg Clark provided guidance on the topic of “Key Construction Contract Provisions for Owner Protection” during the Construction Contracts and Disputes in Affordable Housing and Community Development Transactions workshop. The event’s sessions explored strategies and policies related to tax credit equity, public housing, and innovations in affordable housing and community development.
