About Sarah
Sarah M. Salzenberg focuses her practice on matters of taxation and housing transactions. She previously served as Assistant Tax Law Editor at Bloomberg BNA as well as Tax Credit Finance and Syndication Associate at Nixon Peabody.

A native of Wilmington, Delaware, Sarah graduated cum laude from Boston University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology. She obtained her Juris Doctor cum laude in 2011 from American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., where she was a member of Law Review, Moot Court Honor Society, and Moot Court Executive Board. In 2012, she received her Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.

About Ryan
Ryan C. Pulver concentrates his practice in commercial real estate, affordable housing, private equity, renewable energy, and corporate taxation. Ryan has represented investors, developers, and syndicators regarding tax transactions including low income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitations, and renewable energy projects. Ryan has also served as senior tax consultant with Deloitte Tax LLP, where he provided real estate tax consulting for REITs and private funds.

A native of Hendersonville, North Carolina, Ryan graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2009. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2014, where he was a member of the West Virginia Law Review.

Ryan is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the State Bar of West Virginia.
