Our Land Use Practice Group assists clients with matters related to property rights, environmental, infrastructure and governmental law in transactional, litigation and regulatory matters at the local, state, and regional level. Our expertise is in assisting our clients in matters involving: approvals, financing, tax credits, public – private partnerships, eminent domain, acquisition, leasing and conveyances, land use entitlements, construction & development, declarations & covenants, as well as infrastructure and water issues throughout Georgia and the Southeastern United States.
