Rainsford Reel

Rainsford Reel is an Associate Attorney in the Atlanta office of Coleman Talley. Rainford’s practice is dedicated to affordable housing, commercial real estate, and commercial transactions.

A native of Spartanburg, South Carolina, Rainsford graduated from Washington and Lee University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration. He went on to obtain his JD from Wake Forest University School of Law, graduating Cum Laude in May 2020. At Wake Forest, he served on the Honor Council, Moot Court Board, and as an Editor for the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law.

Catherine Zhu

Catherine Zhu is an Associate attorney in the firm’s Valdosta office. A member of the firm’s transactional group, Catherine focuses her practice in private equity, commercial transactions, environmental law, and affordable housing.

Catherine recently returned to the United States and obtained her Master of Laws from Emory University in May 2020. Before moving to Georgia, Catherine practiced as an attorney in New Zealand where she worked primarily in securities regulation, aviation law, and military law. In New Zealand, she served as an attorney at the New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority where she managed complex aviation regulatory issues, drafted legislation, and oversaw the Authority’s health and safety prosecutions. She went on to work at the New Zealand Stock Exchange where she oversaw public listings and offerings and led investigations into issuer and broker/dealer conduct.

Catherine graduated from Victoria University of Wellington with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations in 2011, and her Bachelor of Laws in 2013. She was admitted to practice in New Zealand in 2013 and maintains a current New Zealand practicing certificate.

Catherine is an active member of the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association.

Hannah Anderson

Hannah Anderson is an Associate attorney in the Jacksonville office of Coleman Talley. Her practice focuses on affordable housing, commercial real estate transactions, and title insurance and real estate litigation.

A native of Larimore, North Dakota, Hannah graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Dakota in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish. She received her Juris Doctor cum laude in 2017 from the University of Minnesota Law School with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law. She is licensed to practice law in Florida, Minnesota, and North Dakota. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.

Hannah currently serves as the Events Director for of the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association. She is also a member on several Jacksonville Bar Association Young Lawyers Section committees.

Kayla Barnes

Kayla Barnes is an Associate in Coleman Talley’s Valdosta office. Her litigation practice centers on professional negligence and medical malpractice defense and insurance defense and coverage disputes.

A native of Cordele, Georgia, Kayla received her Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude in International Affairs and Criminal Justice in 2016 and her Juris Doctor cum laude in 2019, both from the University of Georgia. Kayla is a member of Phi Beta Kappa honor society. As a student at the University of Georgia School of Law, Kayla was a Dean’s Ambassador and an Editorial Board Member for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. Kayla was also a member of the W. Homer Drake, Jr. Georgia Bankruptcy American Inn of Court.

Kayla is a member of the State Bar of Georgia Young Lawyers Division, Valdosta Bar Association, Valdosta Young Professionals, and Georgia Association for Women Lawyers – Valdosta Chapter.

Cassandra Klusmeyer Brown

Cassandra (Cassie) Klusmeyer Brown is an Associate in Coleman Talley’s Jacksonville office. Her practice centers on affordable housing, commercial real estate transactions, and title insurance and real estate litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Cassie worked as Senior Claims Counsel, Vice President at Fidelity National Title Group.

A native of Jacksonville, Cassie graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Law and a minor in History. She received her Juris Doctor summa cum laude in 2016 from Florida Coastal School of Law, where she graduated ranked number one in her class. She was Executive Editor of Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Honor Board.

Clint Guillebeau

Jeremy Baker

Jeremy Baker is an Associate attorney in Coleman Talley’s Valdosta office. His practice focuses on Municipal Law, Creditors’ Rights, and Litigation.

A native of Valdosta, Jeremy graduated from Valdosta State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and a minor in Political Science. He previously served as the Senior Assistant District Attorney for the Southern Judicial Circuit. Jeremy obtained his Juris Doctor in 2010 from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, where he was the President of the Student Bar Association and the St. Thomas More Society. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2011.

Jeremy currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Scintilla Charter Academy Board. He also serves on the Board of the Greater Valdosta United Way. Jeremy has served in various leadership roles in his Church, St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, including past Parish Pastoral Council Member.

Anamaria Hazard

A native of Northern California, Anamaria graduated from the University of California-Berkeley in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law in 2015 with certification in Environmental and Land Use Law. She was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2016.

Anamaria serves on the Georgia State University College of Law Alumni Council and is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, American Bar Association, Gate City Bar Association, Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, and the Commercial Real Estate Women – Atlanta.

David Kerman
