Robert Pratt

Rob is an Associate in the firm’s Atlanta office. His practice is centered on taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Native of Roswell, Georgia, Rob graduated from Rhodes College in 2015, with a degree in International Studies. From there, Rob went on to receive his JD from Georgia State University College of Law. During his time at Georgia State, Rob served as a graduate research assistant and a student attorney at the Phillip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic.  Most recently Rob received his Master of Laws in Taxation from The University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2019. Rob worked as Senior Consultant Transaction Tax Advisor at Ernst & Young in Atlanta, GA, as well as KPMG LLP where he worked as a Senior Consultant M&A Tax Advisor.

Rob is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, Taxation and Business Law Sections. In his free time, Rob enjoys dog training and exploring the outdoors.

Gregory M. Ohl

Native of Florida, Gregory graduated from the University of Florida in 2019, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics and a Certificate in Public Affairs. He received his JD from Florida State University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude, and received Business Law Certificate. While at FSU Gregory was a Florida State University Student Government Supreme Court Justice. He served as senior editor of the Florida State University Law Review and was an editor for the Florida State University Business Review. He is also a member of Florida Blue Key.

Brennan P. Monaco

Brennan, a native of Jensen Beach, graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida in 2017, with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He went on to obtain his Master of Philosophy in American History from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom in 2018. His research focused on transatlantic political and constitutional culture in the late eighteenth century. Subsequently, he was elected a Fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society and member of the Royal Historical Society.

Most recently Brennan received his Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.  While at UF he served as editor-in-chief of the Florida Journal of International Law and was a participant in the Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic. Brennan received the Outstanding Achievement Award for Pro Bono and Community Service and was on the Deans List. Outside of academia, Brennan is a professional theatrical actor and director who volunteers as a consultant for dramatic competition preparation sessions.

Tanner D. Herrington

Tanner is an Associate in Coleman Talley’s Valdosta office. His litigation practice centers on professional negligence, medical malpractice defense, insurance defense and defense of municipalities.

A native of Valdosta, Georgia, Tanner received his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geosciences in 2015 and his Master of Arts for Teachers in 2016. He completed his Juris Doctor in 2020 from Faulkner University Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, where he was a 1L Moot Court Competition Quarterfinalist. As a student at Faulkner University, Tanner participated as the Honor Court Chief Justice and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity. He served on the student representative information resources and facilities committee and was the secretary of the Sports Law and Entertainment society. He also, served on the Board of Advocates and was a Hein Closing Argument participant.

Tanner is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, and he is admitted to practice in the Georgia Court of Appeals.

Haley Yackee

Haley Yackee

Haley Yackee is an Associate attorney in Coleman Talley’s Jacksonville office. Haley assists clients with their trusts and estates needs, including planning for family businesses, estates, charitable giving, and administration of trusts.

A native of Parkland, Haley graduated from the University of North Florida in 2016 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Services. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate in 2019 from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law where she graduated magna cum laude. In 2020, she received her Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida.

Haley is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, Estate Planning Council of Northeast Florida, and the Florida Bar, to include sections on tax, business, and real property probate law. Haley is the Treasurer for the Beaches Habitat for Humanity Young Professionals and was appointed as the Vice Chair for the Jacksonville Bar Association’s Elder, Estate, Probate and Tax Law Committee.

Roquelle Bradford

Roquelle Bradford

Roquelle Bradford is an Associate in the firm’s Jacksonville office. Her practice is centered on affordable housing, commercial real estate transactions, and title insurance and real estate litigation. Roquelle’s experience includes having worked as Assistant Vice President, Claims Counsel at Fidelity National Title Group. Prior to joining the firm, Roquelle served as the Escrow Branch Manager for a Florida title agency affiliated with one of the nation’s largest homebuilders.

A native of Augusta, Georgia, Roquelle graduated from the University of Georgia in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Behavior. During her time at the University, Roquelle clerked with USDA Rural Development Agency providing support to several divisions, including the Multi-Family Housing Division and Single-Family Housing Division.  She went on to earn her Juris Doctor in 2016 from Florida Coastal School of Law. There, she served as Vice President of the number 1 nationally ranked Moot Court Honor Board, a member of the Mock Trial Team, a Research Associate for the Public Interest Research Bureau, a Student Ambassador, and a Pupil of the First District Appellate Inn of Court.

Roquelle is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, Young Lawyer’s Division and the Florida Bar Association, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.  Most recently, Roquelle became a member of the Jacksonville Chapter of the CREW Network.  In her spare time, Roquelle enjoys rollerblading, scuba diving, and spending time with her husband and two fur babies.

Darshini Nair

Darshini Nair is an associate attorney practicing in Coleman Talley’s Atlanta location. Darsh’s practice centers on commercial transactions and affordable housing.

A native of Malaysia, Darsh graduated with honors from Cardiff University in Wales, United Kingdom in 2017 with a degree in law and criminology. She also received a professional diploma in international arbitration in 2017 from Brickfields Asia College in Malaysia.  From there, Darsh obtained her LL.M. in Business Law and Dispute Resolution from the University of Georgia in 2019 and her J.D. degree in 2021. While at UGA, she was a board member of the Intellectual Property Law Journal, Vice President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, Student Ambassador for the Dean Rusk International Law Center, and a member of the Asian Law Student Association.

Annika Register

Annika Register is an Associate attorney in the Valdosta office of Coleman Talley.  Her practice is concentrated on litigation and governmental law. She previously served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Alapaha Judicial Circuit.

A native of Jacksonville, Annika graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. There, she went on to receive her Master of Science in Criminal Justice in 2012. Annika earned her Juris Doctor cum laude in May 2017 from Florida Coastal School of Law. As a student, she was a member of Law Review and an advocate on the school’s Mock Trial team.

Annika is currently admitted to practice in the Superior Courts of Georgia, Appellate Court of Georgia, and the Georgia Supreme Court.

Rainsford Reel

Rainsford Reel is an Associate Attorney in the Atlanta office of Coleman Talley. Rainford’s practice is dedicated to affordable housing, commercial real estate, and commercial transactions.

A native of Spartanburg, South Carolina, Rainsford graduated from Washington and Lee University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration. He went on to obtain his JD from Wake Forest University School of Law, graduating Cum Laude in May 2020. At Wake Forest, he served on the Honor Council, Moot Court Board, and as an Editor for the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law.

Catherine Zhu

Catherine Zhu

Catherine Zhu is an Associate attorney in the firm’s Valdosta office. A member of the firm’s transactional group, Catherine focuses her practice in private equity, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and affordable housing.

Catherine recently returned to the United States and obtained her Master of Laws from Emory University in May 2020. Before moving to Georgia, Catherine practiced as an attorney in New Zealand where she worked primarily in securities regulation, aviation law, and military law. In New Zealand, she served as an attorney at the New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority where she managed complex aviation regulatory issues, drafted legislation, and oversaw the Authority’s health and safety prosecutions. She went on to work at the New Zealand Stock Exchange where she oversaw public listings and offerings and led investigations into issuer and broker/dealer conduct.

Catherine graduated from Victoria University of Wellington with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations in 2011, and her Bachelor of Laws in 2013. She was admitted to practice in New Zealand in 2013 and maintains a current New Zealand practicing certificate.

Catherine serves on the board for the Valdosta Symphony Orchestra and is the incoming Co-Chair of the Women in the Profession Section of the Young Lawyer’s Division of the State Bar of Georgia.
