Coleman Talley attorney Roquelle Bradford has graduated from the inaugural cohort of Leadership Jacksonville’s Young Professionals Leadership Jacksonville (YPLJ) program.
The Young Professionals Leadership Jacksonville program was developed to build deeper connections and provide meaningful leadership experiences for the next generation of leaders across Northeast Florida. Over the course of the program, participants explored key issues impacting the region while building relationships within the legal and business communities.
Roquelle’s participation in the program reflects her commitment to both professional growth and community engagement in Jacksonville. As part of the inaugural cohort, she collaborated with fellow emerging leaders and gained insight into the organizations, challenges, and opportunities shaping the region.

One of the defining aspects of the YPLJ program is its emphasis on mentorship. Each participant is paired with an experienced Leadership Jacksonville alum, creating an opportunity for guidance, career development, and meaningful connection.
Through this experience, Roquelle worked with her mentor and engaged with a network of professionals who offered perspective and support throughout the program. The cohort concluded with a graduation celebration along the St. Johns
River, where participants reflected on the lessons and relationships formed during the program.
