A. A. “Beau” Howell, IV is a native of Valdosta, Georgia and graduated from Valdosta High School in 2001. He graduated from Auburn University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance summa cum laude. Thereafter, he obtained his Juris Doctor (JD) degree cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2008. Beau was selected to participate in and successfully completed the State Bar of Georgia’s Seventh Annual Young Lawyers Leadership Academy. He is currently admitted to practice in all of Georgia’s trial level courts, the Court of Appeals for the State of Georgia, the Supreme Court for the State of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Beau joined the firm in 2008. His practice involves the representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of personal injury and business litigation, but is primarily devoted to the representation of medical providers and fellow attorneys in the defense of professional malpractice claims, to the litigation of business and complex contractual disputes, and to the representation of both injured parties and defendants in personal injury claims. Mr. Howell has successfully litigated numerous dispositive motions on behalf of his clients and has been involved in obtaining multiple settlements and jury verdicts in his clients’ favor.
Beau and his family currently reside in Valdosta and are members of the Valdosta First United Methodist Church.
