Effective October 15, 2018, Coleman Talley LLP will be relocating its Valdosta office to 109 S. Ashley Street in Historic Downtown. Following a lengthy rehabilitation to the Southern Salvage building, which began last spring, the 22,000 square-foot building will soon be buzzing with life. The relocation accommodates the firm’s growing client base, as well as the increased number of attorneys and staff.
“The past 80 years of service to Valdosta and numerous other communities we serve have been very exciting for us,” said Managing Partner Justin Scott. “We view this new location as the start of another chapter in our history.”
The new office includes 10 conference rooms commemorated for the former use of the building with Coca-Cola bottling, A.S. Pendleton Grocers, and railroad themes. Original elements of the building that were maintained include an early 1900’s fireproof vault, hanging gears from two freight elevators, and a brick street located behind the building.
