Joshua Gessner

Joshua Gessner is an Associate in Coleman Talley’s Jacksonville office. Joshua’s practice will center on affordable housing matters and transactions.

Joshua received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business in 2022. He completed his Juris Doctor in 2025 from Florida State University College of Law, where he achieved a class rank of 22 out of 113 students. As a student at FSU Law, Joshua served as Staff Editor of the Florida State University Law Review and was an active member of the Student Bar Association’s Big Events Committee. He was also a member of Florida Blue Key.

During his undergraduate years, Joshua served as President of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity at the University of Florida, where he led 150 members and managed a $300,000 budget. Joshua is a member of the State Bar of Florida.
