
Cassie Brown
Cassie Brown is a Partner at Coleman Talley LLP, where she represents developers and owners throughout the Southeast in the acquisition, financing, development, and disposition of commercial real estate projects, with a particular focus on affordable housing developments. Her practice regularly involves transactions utilizing federal and state financing programs, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), as well as a wide range of conventional and subsidized financing sources.
In addition to her legal practice, Cassie is an active leader in Florida’s affordable housing community. She is a founding member, Board Director, and Secretary of the Florida Women’s Affordable Housing Network (WAHN), where she helps advance collaboration, education, and practical solutions to expand access to affordable housing throughout the State of Florida.
A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Cassie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, with a minor in History, from the University of Florida. She received her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2016, graduating first in her class. Prior to joining Coleman Talley LLP, Cassie served as Vice President and Senior Claims Counsel at Fidelity National Title Group.
