Jodie Scott

Jodie Scott is an Associate in the firm’s Atlanta office, where she focuses her practice on corporate and commercial transactions. She assists clients with a variety of business matters, including commercial lending, corporate governance and compliance, and commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Coleman Talley, Jodie gained practical legal experience through clerkships and an in-house externship, where she worked on commercial lending transactions, corporate compliance matters, commercial real estate matters, and healthcare-related legal issues. Her experience includes exposure to physician contracting, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance matters.

Jodie earned her Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law, where she was a member of Mercer Law Review, Phi Delta Phi, and served as an elected Member at Large of the Corporate Counsel Society. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia.

Jodie is admitted to practice in Georgia.
