
Samantha Williams
Samantha Williams is an Associate attorney in Coleman Talley’s Atlanta office. Samantha supports clients with their trust and estate needs, including planning for family businesses, estates, administration of trusts, and probate.
A native of Georgia, Samantha received her Bachelor of Science in Criminology, summa cum laude, from Florida State University in 2020, where she was recognized as a Garnet & Gold Scholar. She completed her Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2023 from Florida State University College of Law, where she served as Staff Editor for both the Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law and Business Review. As a student at FSU Law, Samantha served as Chair of the Law School Council and was a member of the FSU College of Law Trial Team.
Prior to joining Coleman Talley, Samantha practiced estate planning and trust administration for high-net-worth individuals and represented clients in probate and contested probate matters. She has experience in corporate legal services, including entity formation and contract drafting, and has represented governmental entities in civil rights and liability defense matters in state and federal court cases. During law school, she gained experience in trust and estate litigation and served as a Student Attorney providing legal services to elderly community members. She also served as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Judge Robert McBurney at the Georgia Superior Court.
Samantha is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is conversational in Spanish.
