Roquelle Bradford

Roquelle Bradford is an Associate in the firm’s Jacksonville office. Her practice is centered on affordable housing, commercial real estate transactions, title insurance, and real estate litigation. Prior to joining Coleman Talley, Roquelle gained significant experience in roles such as Assistant Vice President, Claims Counsel at Fidelity National Title Group, and Escrow Branch Manager for a Florida title agency.

Roquelle is dedicated to creating multifamily housing options for low-income individuals, families, and the elderly. Furthermore, she thrives on collaboration with commercial real estate developers, investors, and lenders, advocating for equitable community development and affordable housing solutions.

A native of Augusta, Georgia, Roquelle graduated from the University of Georgia in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Behavior. Subsequently, she earned her Juris Doctor in 2016 from Florida Coastal School of Law, where she served as Vice President of the Moot Court Honor Board, a member of the Mock Trial Team, a Student Ambassador, and a Pupil of the First District Appellate Inn of Court.

Roquelle is actively involved in several professional organizations. She is a member of the CREW Jacksonville Network, Co-Chair of the DEI Committee for ULI North Florida, and a member of ULI North Florida’s Affordable Housing Taskforce. Additionally, she holds memberships in the Jacksonville Bar Association, the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section, the Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law, and the Young Lawyers Division. Moreover, Roquelle is a member of the WAHN.

Roquelle’s practice now includes residential real estate, which enhances her ability to support clients with a broad range of real estate needs. This further contributes to Coleman Talley’s comprehensive services.
