Roquelle Bradford is an Associate in Coleman Talley’s Jacksonville office, where her practice spans affordable housing, commercial real estate transactions, title insurance, real estate litigation, and residential real estate. Prior to joining the firm, Roquelle gained substantial experience in leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President, Claims Counsel at Fidelity National Title Group, and Escrow Branch Manager for a Florida-based title agency affiliated with a nationwide home builder.
Roquelle is passionate about creating affordable housing solutions for low-income individuals, families, and the elderly, and she works diligently to facilitate multifamily housing projects in underserved communities. She also enjoys collaborating with commercial real estate developers, investors, and lenders, focusing on equitable community development and sustainable growth.
In addition to her work in affordable housing and commercial real estate, Roquelle’s practice extends to residential real estate, allowing her to support clients with a wide array of real estate needs—from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors.
