Coleman Talley associate Darshini Nair attended the 7th annual Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association (GAPABA) Gala on Thursday, September 30 at the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta. Honors for the evening included the Women’s Leadership Award, Diversity Champion Award, Judge Alvin T. Wong Pioneer Award, and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association Law Foundation scholarship. The event also featured a commemoration of the victims of the Atlanta Asian American shooting in March 2021 with a special campaign launched to educate against harmful stereotypes. GAPABA was founded in 1993 to establish a Georgia support network for Asian Pacific American attorneys and those interested in Asian American legal issues.
