Coleman Talley LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Roquelle Bradford has been named to The National Black Lawyers (NBL) Top 40 Under 40 in Florida.
Prestigious Recognition for Legal Excellence
This prestigious recognition highlights Bradford’s exceptional legal skills and professional contributions to the field. The NBL selects only 40 African American attorneys under 40 from each state based on a rigorous invitation-only process that includes referrals from existing members, Executive Committee recommendations, and independent research.
Comprehensive Real Estate Practice
As an Associate in Coleman Talley’s Jacksonville office, Bradford’s practice spans affordable housing, commercial real estate transactions, title insurance, real estate litigation, and residential real estate. She is passionate about creating affordable housing solutions for low-income individuals, families, and the elderly, and works diligently to facilitate multifamily housing projects in underserved communities. Bradford also collaborates with commercial real estate developers, investors, and lenders, focusing on equitable community development and sustainable growth.
Professional Background and Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Bradford gained substantial experience in leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President, Claims Counsel at Fidelity National Title Group, and Escrow Branch Manager for a Florida-based title agency affiliated with a nationwide home builder.
Education and Leadership
Originally from Augusta, Georgia, Bradford earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Behavior from the University of Georgia in 2009. She received her Juris Doctor in 2016 from Florida Coastal School of Law, where she served as Vice President of the Moot Court Honor Board, a member of the Mock Trial Team, a Student Ambassador, and a Pupil of the First District Appellate Inn of Court.
Community Involvement
Bradford is actively engaged in several professional organizations, including ULI North Florida, where she co-chairs the DEI Committee and serves on the Affordable Housing Taskforce; the CREW Jacksonville Network; and the Jacksonville Bar Association Transactional Law Section. She is also a member of the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law Section; the Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law; the Young Lawyers Division; and the WAHN.
