Meet Our Newest Associates:

Abigail M. Arnold Abigail “Abby” Arnold is an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office, focusing on commercial transactions. Abby graduated with her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law and received the Merit-based 20th Anniversary Endowment Scholarship. She is an active member of the Atlanta Bar Association and the Georgia Bar Association. Abby also holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

 

 

 

 

Jaylee Bass Layfield Jaylee Layfield is an associate in the firm’s Valdosta office, specializing in litigation. She graduated summa cum laude from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and magna cum laude from Mercer University School of Law. Jaylee has received numerous accolades, including the Dean’s Scholar Scholarship and the Ruth T. West Award for Advocacy and Leadership.

 

 

 

 

Josef C. Raszewski Josef “Joe” Raszewski is an associate in the firm’s Valdosta office, focusing on affordable housing, commercial transactions, and commercial real estate. Joe earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Duquesne University, where he served as President of the Corporate Law Society. Joe also holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Grove City College.

 

 

 

 

Grayson T. Thomas Grayson Thomas is an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office, specializing in affordable housing, commercial transactions, and commercial real estate. Grayson graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama and earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University Law School. He was a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society and gained valuable experience through summer clerkships.
