Coleman Talley hosted a luncheon event for the Valdosta Chapter of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL) on Wednesday, June 5. The guest speaker for the event was the Honorable Elizabeth Gobeil, Judge of the Georgia Court of Appeals. Approximately 20 local women lawyers attended the event, where they were given a tour of Coleman Talley’s rehabilitation of the Historic Southern Salvage building followed by a lunch presentation on the fourth floor. GAWL is a statewide bar organization that has served the diverse interests of women lawyers in Georgia for over 80 years, including support for the judicial nomination process, legislative affairs, work-life balance issues, and leadership of women lawyers.
