Coleman Talley Partners Greg Clark, Tom Kurrie, Mary Margaret Williams, and Emily Macheski-Preston are excited to serve as guest speakers during a webinar series for the Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition (GAHC) during a two-week period in September. The virtual event was planned in lieu of the traditional statewide housing conference held each spring in Savannah, Georgia.
Coleman Talley attorneys are considered leaders in the affordable housing industry in Georgia and across the southeast and will be featured in five separate webinars alongside developers, lenders, and other industry professionals. Greg Clark presented on technical updates and limited partnership agreements. Emily Macheski-Preston provided an update on laws and programs affecting tenants. Tom Kurrie will speak on succession planning. Mary Margaret Williams discusses governing documents as a part of a boot camp for housing newcomers.
GAHC is a trade association representing the affordable and multi-family housing industry in Georgia. Founded in 1996, the Coalition provides information sharing, networking, and advocacy for its member developers, lenders, syndicators, and related parties who participate in the low-income housing tax credit program.
