Coleman Talley provided a platinum sponsorship for the 22nd Annual Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition (GAHC) Conference and Trade Show held in Savannah, Georgia from March 27-29. Partner Greg Clark spoke on a panel at the event on technical updates and options for post-year 15 properties.
The firm set up an informational booth at the trade show to provide guests with marketing materials. On Wednesday evening, the firm hosted its 13th annual private appreciation dinner for approximately 110 clients and industry executives. Coleman Talley was represented at the event by attorneys Tom Kurrie, Russ Henry, Greg Clark, Mary Margaret Williams, Emily Macheski-Preston, Darby Findley, Clint Guillebeau, and Anamaria Hazard.
GAHC is a trade association representing the affordable and multi-family housing industry in Georgia. Founded in 1996, the Coalition provides an opportunity for information sharing, networking, and advocacy for its member developers, lenders, syndicators, and related parties who participate in the low-income housing tax credit program.
