Coleman Talley provided a sponsorship for the Leadership Lowndes Class of 2021 Program Day held on Thursday, March 25. The group of thirty community leaders learned about highlights of Valdosta and Lowndes County’s “Quality of Life”, including visits to Wild Adventures Theme Park, Georgia Beer Company, Freedom Park, and the Turner Center for the Arts. The Leadership Lowndes program was founded in 1988 to facilitate the growth and development of local leaders to discover the challenges and opportunities facing the community. Each class represents a cross-section of the area active in business, education, the arts, religion, government, non-profit organizations, ethnic and minority groups and reflect the diversity of the community.
