Coleman Talley was a Platinum Sponsor for the Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition Conference and Trade Show

Coleman Talley provided a platinum sponsorship for the 21^st Annual Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition (GAHC) Conference and Trade Show held in Savannah, Georgia from March 19-21.  Two Partners of the firm, Greg Clark and Lisa Wannamaker, presented at the event.  Greg Clark spoke on technical updates for the affordable housing industry, while Lisa Wannamaker presented on the topic of layered properties.

The firm provided an informational booth at the trade show and hosted its 12^th annual private appreciation dinner for approximately 100 clients and industry executives.  Coleman Talley was represented at the event by attorneys Russ Henry, Greg Clark, Lisa Wannamaker, Lake Jordan, Mary Margaret Williams, Emily Macheski-Preston, Edward Cochran, and Darby Findley.

GAHC is a trade association representing the multi-family affordable housing industry in Georgia.  Founded in 1996, the Coalition provides an opportunity for information sharing, networking, and advocacy for its member developers, lenders, syndicators, and related parties who participate in the low-income housing tax credit program.
