Alex’s practice will focus on taxation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and affordable housing. He previously served as Senior Tax Associate at Ernst & Young where he provided state and local tax due diligence with respect to mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions.
About Alex
A native of Johns Creek, Georgia, Alex graduated from the University of Georgia in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management. He earned his Juris Doctor with a focus in Taxation Law in 2018 from the University of Kentucky College of Law. While at the University of Kentucky, Alex served on the Kentucky Law Journal, Trial Advocacy Board, and Tax Law Society.
