Kayla will support the firm’s litigation practice in Georgia, focusing on appellate litigation, professional negligence and medical malpractice defense, title insurance and real estate litigation, and insurance defense and coverage disputes.
About Kayla
A native of Cordele, Georgia Kayla received her Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude in International Affairs and Criminal Justice in 2016 and her Juris Doctor cum laude in 2019, both from the University of Georgia. Kayla is a member of Phi Beta Kappa honor society. As a student at the University of Georgia School of Law, Kayla was a Dean’s Ambassador and an Editorial Board Member for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. Kayla was also a member of the W. Homer Drake, Jr. Georgia Bankruptcy American Inn of Court.
