Coleman Talley Welcomes Attorneys Brennan Monaco and Gregory Ohl to the Firm’s Jacksonville Office

Coleman Talley is pleased to welcome associate attorneys Brennan Monaco and Gregory Ohl to its Jacksonville office. Brennan and Gregory join the firm’s dynamic team of transactional attorneys with a focus on affordable housing and commercial transactions.

About Brennan Monaco

Brennan, a native of Jensen Beach, graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida in 2017, with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He went on to receive a Master of Philosophy in American History from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom in 2018. His research focused on transatlantic political and constitutional culture in the late eighteenth century. Subsequently, he was elected a Fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society and a member of the Royal Historical Society.

Most recently, Brennan received his Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While at UF, he served as editor-in-chief of the Florida Journal of International Law and was a participant in the Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic. Brennan received the Outstanding Achievement Award for Pro Bono and Community Service and was on the Dean’s List. Outside of academia, Brennan is a professional theatrical actor and director who volunteers as a consultant for dramatic competition preparation sessions.

About Gregory Ohl

A native of Florida, Gregory graduated from the University of Florida in 2019, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics and a Certificate in Public Affairs. He received his JD from Florida State University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude, and received his Business Law Certificate. While at FSU, Gregory was a Florida State University Student Government Supreme Court Justice. He also served as senior editor of the Florida State University Law Review and was an editor for the University’s Business Review. He is a member of Florida Blue Key.

Gregory’s practice will focus on commercial and corporate transactions and affordable housing.
