Cullen leverages his practical business experience to provide real-world legal advice to a variety of businesses, financial services institutions, startup ventures, and sophisticated institutional and private investors. Prior to joining Coleman Talley, Cullen founded boutique corporate law firm, Bearing Legal, based in Atlanta, Georgia, where he represented private companies and investors in a wide variety of merger, acquisition, divestiture, joint venture, financing, and private equity transactions. Cullen will transition his practice to Coleman Talley LLP effective Monday, May 17th. “I am excited to join Coleman Talley where I can continue the tradition of first-rate client service and offer my clients a broader array of services and areas of practice,” shared Cullen.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Political Science from Auburn University. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
