Focus on Engagement and Growth in Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association
As president, Hannah plans to focus on increasing member engagement and strengthening participation. She recognizes that involvement in voluntary bar associations has changed in recent years. Because of this, she aims to expand outreach and encourage more attorneys to get involved.
Her theme for the year, “Authenticity Through Adversity,” reflects a belief that there is no single path to success in the legal profession. Through JWLA programming, she hopes to create space for meaningful conversations about both personal and professional challenges.
In addition, Hannah plans to encourage women attorneys to pursue leadership opportunities and build strong professional relationships. These connections can play an important role in long-term career growth.
Leadership in Commercial Real Estate and Community Involvement
At Coleman Talley, Hannah focuses on commercial real estate matters. She represents developers across the Southeast on projects that include affordable housing and student housing. Her work also involves advising on transactions, financing structures, and entity formation.
Beyond JWLA, Hannah remains active in several professional and community organizations. She co-founded the Florida Women’s Affordable Housing Network and previously served as its president. She also serves on the board of Communities of Real Engagement and chairs the transactional law committee for the Jacksonville Bar Association.
Within the firm, she supports recruiting efforts and mentors younger attorneys. Her involvement helps strengthen both the firm’s culture and its future growth.

Hannah Anderson’s role as Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association president reflects a strong commitment to the Jacksonville legal community. Through her leadership, she aims to expand opportunities for connection, mentorship, and professional development.
