Partner Greg Clark attended the 2017 National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA) Housing Credit Connect conference in Atlanta, GA. The event was held from June 20-23 and brought together leaders from the Housing Credit allocating agencies with government officials, lenders, investors, attorneys, accountants, property managers, compliance experts, owners, and nonprofits. Nearly 30 interactive sessions covered the latest issues in Housing Credit development, finance, compliance, and management. Topics of discussion at the conference included rental housing trends, the outlook for tax reform and legislative program changes, and strategies for advancing affordable housing as a national policy priority. The NCSHA is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization created to coordinate and leverage federal advocacy efforts for affordable housing.
