Partner Lisa Wannamaker was a guest speaker at the annual Alabama Affordable Housing Association (AAHA) Conference held from May 23-26, 2017, in Miramar Beach, Florida.  The AAHA is a non-profit trade organization whose mission is to ensure that all people have access to safe, well built, and affordable homes.  The annual AAHA conference allowed members the opportunity to network with the nation’s leading housing professionals and featured seminars on subjects such as development, finance, management, and maintenance personnel.  Lisa presented three sessions of fair housing instruction covering Essentials of Fair Housing, Reasonable Accommodations and Companion Animals, and Handling Difficult Situations with Residents.  Lisa is a regular speaker at conferences and to private companies on property management topics, such as fair housing and premises liability.
