The CT team of Justin S. Scott, Edward Cochran, Hannah Anderson, and Krissy Hosman joined RISE executives and partners to commemorate the start of construction on this premier 55+ active living development.
RISE at Glen Kernan Park will span nearly 50 acres with 308 units, consisting of cottages and one/two-bedroom flats, along with exceptional amenities like a resort-style pool, pickleball courts, an 8-acre pond, and more. This project represents RISE’s sixth community in the Jacksonville area.
We’re honored to have supported RISE on this groundbreaking project that will set a new standard for active adult housing in our city. Congratulations to the entire project team!
