
T. Brooks Whilden joins Coleman Talley as an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Coleman Talley is pleased to welcome T. Brooks Whilden as an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Brooks focuses his practice on civil litigation and represents clients in a variety of matters, including landlord-tenant disputes, property tax appeals, contract disputes, and other litigation matters. In his role, he supports the firm’s growing commercial litigation practice in the Atlanta market.
Prior to joining Coleman Talley, Brooks served as an associate attorney in Atlanta, where he handled a broad range of litigation matters, including representing employers and insurers in workers’ compensation claims. During law school, he gained valuable hands-on experience in personal injury litigation as a law clerk, assisting with legal research, drafting pleadings, analyzing medical and factual records, and supporting trial preparation.
Brooks earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law, where he served as Vice President of the Real Estate Law Society and was a member of the W. Homer Drake, Jr. Georgia Bankruptcy American Inn of Court. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Auburn University.
