Our Land Use Practice Group assists clients with matters related to property rights, environmental, infrastructure, and governmental law in transactional, litigation, and regulatory matters at the local, state, and regional level. Our focus is on assisting our clients in matters involving approvals, financing, tax credits, public – private partnerships, eminent domain, acquisition, leasing and conveyances, land use entitlements, construction and development, declarations and covenants, as well as infrastructure and water issues throughout Georgia and the Southeastern United States.
Our attorneys’ keen understanding of the dynamics of changing government and representative stakeholders, as well as jurisdictional plans, comprehensive plans, ordinances, and statutes, assures our clients have the most thorough knowledge possible in representing their interest.
