T. Brooks Whilden

T. Brooks Whilden is an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office, where his practice focuses on civil litigation. He represents clients in a range of matters, including landlord-tenant disputes, property tax appeals, contract disputes, and other litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Brooks served as an associate attorney in Atlanta, where he handled a variety of cases, including representing employers and insurers in workers’ compensation claims. During law school, he gained hands-on experience in personal injury litigation as a law clerk, assisting with legal research, drafting pleadings, analyzing medical and factual records, and supporting trial preparation.

Brooks earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law, where he served as Vice President of the Real Estate Law Society and was a member of the W. Homer Drake, Jr. Georgia Bankruptcy American Inn of Court. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Auburn University.

Brooks is admitted to practice in Georgia.
